We process orders on business days, Monday-Friday only.
While we do try and get orders out as fast as we can, this is a general guideline to follow.
Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days after payment has cleared. Additionally, please allow 5-7 business days after payment has cleared for delivery. *Processing is longer during holidays, please plan accordingly*
Orders with expedited shipping will be shipped the same business day if placed before 1PM CT.
Orders with expedited shipping placed after 1PM CT will be shipped the next business day. Expedited orders placed on a non-business day will be shipped the following business day.
We ship using multiple carrier methods. Rates are calculated by shipping address and dictated by the carrier. Once a label is created, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Standard Shipping is delivered by USPS and can take an additional 2-3 business days in addition to standard ground dictated delivery times.
Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping to a PO Box, we can only ship via USPS.
- Shipping charges on return orders are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Free Shipping on order $95+ is only valid on orders shipping to the domestic contiguous United States.
UPS Ground Map:
PLEASE NOTE: This map represents UPS Ground shipping estimations. UPS SurePost can take up to an additional two to three days.
Expedited shipping costs include priority handling- shipping within the parameters specified above. The shipping method used will be based on the discretion of Southern Point Co- and not necessarily reflect the UPS level of service selected.
EXAMPLE- Shipping city: Atlanta, GA is within the 1-Day UPS Ground shipping area. If a customer selects 2nd Day Air service, the order will be expedited out of the warehouse, but shipped UPS Ground-which would get it there next day, opposed to 2nd Day Air which would take two days in shipping time.

FEDEX Ground Map:
- Orders returned to Southern Point Co. marked "REFUSED" will be refunded for merchandise only. Shipping and a handling fee will apply.
- Orders returned to Southern Point Co. marked "UNDELIVERABLE" will be charged a handling fee- once this handling fee is paid, the order will be reshipped.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
All U.S. orders containing $95 (Before Tax) or more are eligible for free shipping.
The free shipping is still our standard shipping time frame of 5-7 business days for processing.
Orders must be $95 or more before the shipping cost is added, then free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
Orders must be $95 or more after any discount is applied.
For example: If your total comes out to be over $95 then a discount is applied that makes your final total go under $95, your order is no longer eligible for free shipping and shipping cost will be added to that total.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
SPC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our warehouse. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) for further assistance.
