At Southern Point Co. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee every product we sell to be of the best quality and fit.
If a product you receive does not meet these standards, we will gladly exchange or refund your order within 30 days from the date of purchase on regular priced merchandise.
** Holiday Exception: Purchases Made Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day will have a 60 day return window. ** Cannot Be Final Sale Items.
To help expedite the return and exchange process, items must be sent back to us in original condition (not worn or washed) as shipped to you and in the original packaging if possible.

OUTLET ITEMS & FINAL SALE:
All items in the "Outlet" section are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We cannot accept returns on products purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store where you made the purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
SPC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our warehouse. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) for further assistance.
