During the holiday season, we offer an extended return/exchange policy. Please ship us your return or exchange within 60 days of the date of purchase using the form included below. Thanks, and Happy Holidays!

 

 

    At Southern Point Co. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee every product we sell to be of the best quality and the perfect fit. If a product you receive does not meet these standards, we will gladly exchange or refund your order within 30 days of purchase.

    To help expedite the return and exchange process, we ask that items must be sent back in the same condition as shipped to you, in the original packaging if possible. We cannot accept products that have been worn or washed. If the item needs to be returned due to a defective issue, please contact info@southernpointco.com. 

    Please fill out and include the merchandise return form (download the exchange/return form HERE) along with a copy of the original invoice. Be sure to include the order number on the Exchange/Return form.
