With our customers in mind- we have answered a few of the most common Holiday seasons questions:

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY DURING THE HOLIDAYS?

   Orders placed between Black Friday (November 29, 2019) and Christmas Eve (December 24, 2019) will have 60 DAYS to make returns on eligible items. Please remember, items marked 50% off or greater are FINAL SALE- no exceptions

  Note- exchanges made during this busy season may take longer than expected due to high order volume.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

   We ask that you allow the full 2-3 business days for processing, then 5-7 business days for delivery. We will do our best to keep shipping times updates to the best of our ability on our site!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  All orders over $95 will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING! Standard shipping is $9.50. Other shipping rates are calculated based on delivery zip code at checkout. These rates are dictated by the carrier. 

 

WHEN DO I HAVE TO ORDER BY TO RECEIVE MY ORDER BY CHRISTMAS?

WHAT ARE YOUR HOLIDAY HOURS?

  The SPC Office is open Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm CST. 

  The office will operate under special Holiday hours for the following:

      Wednesday, November 27: 9am-1pm CST

      Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28: CLOSED

      Black Friday: Friday, November 29: CLOSED

      Monday, December 23: 9am- 2pm CST

      Christmas Eve: Tuesday December 24- Wednesday, January 1, 2020: CLOSED
