WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY DURING THE HOLIDAYS?
Orders placed between Black Friday (November 27, 2020) and Christmas Eve (December 24, 2020) will have 60 DAYS to make returns on eligible items. Please remember, items marked 50% off or greater are FINAL SALE- no exceptions. Gifts with purchase and promotions must be in the package when making a return. If the customer wishes to keep the gift/promotional item(s), the customer will be charged the retail value of the gift/promotional item(s).
Note- exchanges made during this busy season may take longer than expected due to high order volume.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ask that you allow the full 2-3 business days for processing, then 5-7 business days for delivery. We will do our best to keep shipping times updates to the best of our ability on our site!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All orders over $95 will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING! Standard shipping is $9.50. Other shipping rates are calculated based on delivery zip code at checkout. These rates are dictated by the carrier.

The SPC Office is open Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm
The office will operate under special Holiday hours for the following:
Wednesday, November 25, 2020: 9am-1pm
THANKSGIVING: Thursday, November 26, 2020: CLOSED
BLACK FRIDAY: Friday, November 27, 2020: CLOSED
The SPC Office will be closed Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 2pm - 9am Monday, January 4, 2021.
